Nails Inc.

Here it is the famous Nails Inc. combo , the base is a cream finish in a Hunter green color. The consistency is pretty thick not "goooey" but enough to be opaque. The top coat is a flaky green-blue effect with a clear suspesion base to it. I like this kind of top coat because it really changes any base you use in any color.
